  • Dr. Theon Hill

    Co-Director

    Theon E. Hill, Ph.D., Purdue University) serves as Associate Professor of Communication at Wheaton College since 2014. Dr. Hill has received multiple grants and an impressive array of teaching and research awards, including the Junior Faculty Achievement Award from Wheaton College and the H.H. Remmers Memorial Award from the African American Studies and Research Center of Purdue University. In addition, Theon has a prodigious body of scholarly work to his name. He has researched and written extensively on the intersection of communication, society, and political culture. He is a prolific speaker and panelist at academic and trade conferences and has been featured extensively in journalism as both a writer and interviewee. Theon is a Fellow in the third class of the Civil Society Fellowship, a Partnership of ADL and The Aspen Institute, and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.

  • Dr. Denise Daniels

    Hudson T. Harrison Professor of Entrepreneurship

    Dr. Denise Daniels is the inaugural Hudson T. Harrison Endowed Chair of Entrepreneurship at Wheaton College (IL). Previously she was a Professor of Management at Seattle Pacific University, where she also served as the Associate Dean and Interim Dean in the School of Business, Government, and Economics (SBGE), and as the university’s Associate Vice President for Strategic Initiatives. Denise earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Washington, and is the co-Principal Investigator on a $1.5M research project funded by the Lilly Endowment examining how Christians in the United States understand and engage their faith at work.

  • Dr. Min-Dong Paul Lee

    Co-Director of M.A. in Global Leadership; Norris A. Aldeen Professor of Business

    Min-Dong Paul Lee's passion is to see God’s people redeem and transform businesses to serve Christ and his kingdom. He came to Wheaton with a very diverse set of experiences (e.g. ministry, corporate career, and international development) and training (e.g. theology, history, sociology, and business management). He is elated that, at Wheaton, all these experiences and training can come together in a meaningful way toward equipping God’s people to make positive impacts in the marketplace. Currently, the focus of his research revolves around three themes: corporate social responsibility, compassion in the workplace, and faith and business as a mission. On the personal side, God has blessed him with a wonderful and godly wife, Caroline, and three hilarious children who cause him to give thanks to the Lord all the time.

  • Dr. Trishia Kholodenko

    Lead Innovation Manager

    Trishia Kholodenko brings over two decades of leadership experience from nonprofit, for-profit and social enterprise ventures. Having served most of her career bivocationally, Trish dedicates herself as a seasoned minister, chief executive and adjunct professor. She has a proven commitment to innovating impactful programs with particular focus on the margins of society. A self-confessed night owl, Trish best replenishes through quiet time with God in nature and quality time with loved ones. Holding both an M.Div and MBA, Trish earned her Doctorate in Urban Ministry from North Park Theological Seminary.

  • Tommy Lee

    Managing Director

    Tommy Lee is President of Resource Global, an organization dedicated to mobilizing a global movement of engaged next-generation leaders who are having a transformative gospel impact on their local communities and workplaces. Tommy launched Resource Global in 2010 alongside CreatePossible LLC, a for-profit company that helps to fund the ministry of Resource Global. Tommy holds a Master’s degree from Moody Theological Seminary and a Bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis He lives in Chicago, IL, with his wife Charlene and daughters Samantha and Karra.

  • Claudia Root

    Internal Partnerships Coordinator for CFI

    Claudia Root is an experienced educator and leader in the field of Teaching and English Language Learners (ELL). She holds a B.A. in English Literature with a minor in Spanish from Whittier College, an M.A. in INTR Studies from Wheaton College, and an M.A. in Educational Leadership from Aurora University. With over 25 years of experience, Claudia has been dedicated to teaching ELL to immigrant and refugee students in the public school system. As an adjunct professor since 2003, she has taught graduate-level classes and conducted workshops in multiple countries. Recently retired, Claudia now focuses on training the next generation of worldwide English language teachers, utilizing her expertise in diverse cultures and people groups. Her extensive experience includes managing programs and requirements for the states of Illinois and California. Claudia's master's research project thesis, titled "Enhancing the Academic Achievement of Struggling and English Language Learners," reflects her commitment to empowering students for success. She has been actively involved in professional development, planning programs for refugee populations, and providing English Language Proficiency ACCESS testing in Illinois. As a bilingual educator with cross-cultural experience on five continents, Claudia brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for her role as Internal Partnership Coordinator of the Center for Faith and Innovation at Wheaton College.

  • Chris Allen

    Founder and Managing Partner, Always About People

    Chris grew up in the Chicago area and graduated from Wheaton College but has called Charlotte home since 2000.

    With 20 years of experience in rapidly growing organizations, Chris has developed an ability to build culture and develop leaders. Chris has been a part of scaling multiple organizations. In 2015, he joined Movement Mortgage as their Chief Talent Officer overseeing recruiting, training, development, culture and HR as it exploded from fifteen hundred to over four thousand employees.

    Over the past few years, Chris has established a vibrant consulting and coaching practice where he is utilizing his experience to help organizations build culture and develop people.

  • Lauren Stibgen

    Operations Executive, Private Family Office

    Lauren is an operations leader in the private wealth/family office industry and has served her current client for fifteen years. With deep expertise in human resources and development, her position has spanned the areas of information technology, public relations, risk management, marketing, and philanthropy. She successfully supported a full operational separation for her client from an operating business they held for decades. Her goal is to ensure that her client’s personal and business needs are served, and that her internal teams are all working towards the same.

    Lauren holds her Bachelor’s of Communications and Industrial Psychology from DePaul University and a Masters of Jurisprudence in Business Law from Loyola University Chicago.

  • FT Chong

    Head of PineBridge Private Capital

    FT Chong is the Head of the PineBridge Structured Capital team. The PineBridge Structured Capital team has successfully completed approximately $2 billion of structured capital, mezzanine and other private equity investments in more than 70 private companies since 2000. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Chong was Executive Vice President for Business Development for the GT Group, an Asian conglomerate headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia. In the early 1990s, he was CFO of Dynadx Technologies, a start-up company that developed and marketed an out-of-home advertising technology. Mr. Chong received a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Malaya and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

  • Kevin Miller

    Vice President of Marketing, C12 Group

    Kevin is a lifelong entrepreneur. He has launched several start-ups and led multiple growth-stage companies. He now works with leadership teams to create growth and marketing strategies for scaling, struggling, or stagnant businesses. His background incorporates leadership in multiple industries, including textile manufacturing and design, medicine, real estate, finance, technology, e-commerce, and the creative arts.

    Before his current consulting practice, Kevin was the Vice President of Marketing for C12, the largest network of Business Forums for Christian CEOs and business owners. He was responsible for global brand strategy, instructional design, event strategy, executive curriculum development, and strategic partnerships.

    Kevin and his wife Beth, an elementary school Principal, reside in San Antonio, Texas. They, along with their two sons, enjoy a wide range of outdoor adventure activities, including mountain biking, backpacking, and snow sports.

  • Hannah Stolze

    Founding Director for the Center for Faith and Innovation and Senior Leadership Fellow

    Dr. Stolze served 6 years in the U.S. Army Reserve in ordnance and later in public relations. With her B.A. from Carthage College in International Political Economics and Mandarin, she managed operations for a packaging importer while completing her M.B.A. Stolze earned her Ph.D. in Business Administration with a concentration in logistics and marketing at the University of Tennessee and was on faculty at Florida State University before joining the faculty at Wheaton College. Dr. Stolze has conducted research with over forty companies and the Department of Defense in the areas of supply chain management and social and environmental sustainability.

    Dr. Stolze’s forthcoming book on Wisdom Based Business will be released by HarperCollins Christian Publishing/Zondervan following her completion of an M.A. in Biblical Studies at Wheaton College in Spring 2020. Dr. Stolze lives in St. Charles, IL with her husband, Rich, and children, Jamin and Riley.

  • Steve Wilhite

    Senior Vice President, Schneider Electric Energy & Sustainability Services, Schneider Electric

    Steve Wilhite is the Senior Vice President of Energy & Sustainability Services for Schneider Electric. Steve joined Schneider Electric in 2011 through its acquisition of Summit Energy where Steve had been CEO and President since 2001. Since that time, his team has grown to become the largest buyer of energy in the world and currently manages more than $30 billion in energy spend for 4,500+ Schneider Electric clients around the world, in addition to providing sustainability-related services to the same client base. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Wheaton College and a master’s degree from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.

  • Dr. Sarah Miglio

    Chief Operating Officer, Resource Global

    Sarah serves as the COO for Resource Global, providing strategic leadership for their global network of cohorts and programs. With over twenty years of experience in non-profits and higher education, Sarah provides adaptive and data-informed change management that is informed by her experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. As the Assistant Provost at Wheaton College, she has led the implementation of the new general education curriculum, launched new academic student services under the Learning & Teaching Collaborative, and collaborated on many campus-wide initiatives related to new programs and faculty development. She earned a Ph.D. in American history and the Modern Middle East from the University of Notre Dame. Sarah publishes on the intersection of American culture, religion, politics, and the Modern Middle East. Sarah and her husband, Adam, enjoy hiking, kayaking, and board games with their two sons.
